YOUR McNPCS

Ronald McDonald is your God here. He is, for the most part, kind and benevolent. There's a small box vaguely shaped like a house at the front counter, where you can use napkins to write requests within reason (example: someone might want to ask Ronald for blankets, pillows, a toothbrush, etc) and put it in. Putting in some of your money at the same time might help your request come true!

The most important thing to keep in mind is that Ronald is in charge. Though you may not always see him, he is always watching you.

If your character tends to dabble in the darker sides of life, they'd be smarter placing their allegiances with The Hamburglar. He has almost as much power as Ronald, but Ronald can override him if he thinks he's going to far out of line. Some of the more devastating events over the course of the game are most likely the fault of the Hamburglar.

If you have a request that Ronald won't fill, maybe you'd be better off asking the Hamburglar. But be careful, he'll steal something from you in return. Fair is fair!

The Grimace... doesn't really do anything, and is rarely seen. If your character is feeling particularly depressed, Grimace might appear out of nowhere to give them a great big hug!

But beware, there might be more to Grimace than it seems...

The Fry Kids aren't quite NPC gods, but they're more powerful than you. They like to cause mischief, and will occasionally steal things from you. (Especially your fries!)

THE McBUILDING

The McDonald's is a sizable one, and will grow to accomodate more people as they appear. The inside is fairly posh for a McDonald's, as shown by the picture on the far left. There are no servers in the building, if you want to eat you'll have to learn to operate the machinery yourself. That means yes, you'll have full reign of the restaurant, kitchen and all.

A door leads to the Playplace, which is indoors and looks something like this. If you're small enough, you're welcome to burrow around or even make safe haven there.

This should go without saying, but none of the doors will open, and no matter how hard you may try to break the windows, you won't succeed. Outside the windows, what seems to be a city surrounds you. But you'll never see any pedestrians walk by, and even if you did, they would ignore you.
